I could not put Obsession down. Once I got into this world, I was a goner. Honestly, I felt like a voyeur watching Hannah and Thaddeus dance around each other. And you know what, I didn't care. Their chemistry was scorching hot. The writing was spectacular. I wish I was warned about the cliffhanger, though. It took me by complete surprise. You know that comical "Nooooo!"? Yeah, that was totally me. Hopefully the wait isn't too long for the next book in the series.

Obsession, Anise Storm's debute book offers lust, dark passions and...love? This book tells a story of a woman, Hannah Brinkley, who is swept off her feet by her darkly handsome boss, Thaddeus Remington. Their mutual interest in bdsm lifestyle and their growing interest in each other kept me turning the pages at every possible moment. I enjoyed the story so much I even read through lunch breaks at work. And the sex...Hot! My husband actually asked what kind of story I was reading, because of all the blushing and lip biting I (allegedly) did while reading. In my opinion this book is well written and highly entertaining. I enjoyed the flow of the story, as well as the intimate and erotic parts of it. The ending was surprising and left me wanting for more. I grew quite fond of the characters and I can't wait to know what the next installment of the series will throw on their paths.

Obsession is Anise Storm’s debut book and it is a doozy! In this first book of Storm’s Nirvana series, she wastes no time getting to the goods and oh my! It is hawt! Talk about ignite the sheets!! Geez their chemistry was literally leaping off the pages as I read! So good! Overall, I liked the characters and felt they were fully developed and introduced in a timely manner. I definitely want more of this couple! Be warned though, this does end in a cliff but it isn’t throw my kindle kind of bad. I can’t wait for the next book as I am sure it will be highly entertaining as this was. Anise Storm did a great job with this and I believe she is well on her way to being a no questions, one-click author for me! Bravo!

I loved the strength each character brought to the story and the development of their relationship. I really enjoyed the build up and the questions of doubt they each had that lingered around them. It fueled my need to keep turning the pages. At times I was adjusting in my seat because the sex just sizzled off the page. My God, Thad commanded the scenes and holy hell if felt like he exuded a raw sex when he and Hannah were together. I loved every part, especially the office scene after their meeting with the partners! All in all I was left wanting more of Thad and Hannah. There is a cliffhanger, but it didn’t make me angry as other books have done in the past, my heart broke a little bit. This book does have BDSM and is entirely amazingly erotic. I am dying for more!
