I love this series. Each story gets better and better.  I enjoyed how this book really got into depth regarding the kidnapping of all the women. The relationship that developed between the three I thought was amazing. They went through many struggles and still came out stronger and more closer.  But I have to say I was surprised at the twist! I am looking forward to reading the next book!

Carter creates new tension in book three of her Red Wolves Motorcycle Club ménage series.  In When Dove Cries, we have delicious tension with two leading men who loathe each other. Draven and Cade are complex and attractive and care deeply for Dove.  She relishes their protection after the ordeal she nearly didn’t survive and fall equally for each.

When Dove Cries is well written with plenty of intense situations and emotions, a complex story and lots of spicy sex.

I loved the interaction between these characters, and the tender possessiveness that both the guys felt for the damaged yet strong of spirit Dove. Things have been building in the trafficking plot, and the twist at the end was both inspired and dramatic. I loved the moral dilemmas that all the protagonists have faced, and how the issues are resolved in a pragmatic and realistic fashion. The heat when finally allowed loose is almost tangible. Beautifully written, and developed – thank you Ms. Carter for a great read.

This book was an entertaining read that I enjoyed very much. All in all, this book was an engaging read. The story grabbed my attention and had me hooked until the last page of the very lovely epilogue.

I liked the way the author didn’t sugar coat the relationship between Draven and Cade, even to the point the men were jealous of each other for a while.  Draven knows a ménage relationship can work as he has friends in them, but hates the idea because of who the other man is.  An incident with Draven’s brother and what happened while Draven was there is a major issue between the men.

The relationship was interesting because even though the men hated each other, the both loved Dove enough to put her first. LOVE that! I loved this story and will definitely look for more within this series!
